I actively listen to your wants, needs and goals to plan the search for your property. It is my nature to get to know you and to ensure that you have all the information required to make an educated and market-wise decision.

I will provide you with a preliminary estimate of closing costs and down payment requirement anticipated in the transaction.

5. OFFER PREPARATION

I will prepare a written offer on the property you choose to purchase, with therms and conditions approved by you.

6. NEGOTIATION STRATEGY

A key role in any purchase, I am an effective negotiator who will work hard to develop a strategy to deliver terms and conditions acceptable to you.

7. OFFER PRESENTATION

I will endeavour to present your purchase offer directly to the seller in the presence of the listing representative.

8. WALK-THROUGH

I will accompany you on a thorough walk-through of the property before closing, and will assist you in dealing with any problems discovered during the walk-through.

9. CLOSING THE SALE

I will monitor and inform you of the progress of the purchase agreement, including the satisfaction of all contingencies and conditions during the entire transaction.

10. AFTER-SALE SERVICE AND SURVEY

I will contact you after the closing to follow up. I will provide you with a confidential opportunity to give an evaluation of our services.
